RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations and payment for meetings should be made whenever possible. For programs at The Palm Denver, reservations must be made by NOON on FRIDAY of the week preceding the meeting (programs held outside The Palm Denver may have different reservation dates). Reservations can be made by calling the City Club office at 303-339-1360, by email at info@cityclubofdenver.org or by going to www.cityclubofdenver.org/programs and registering online.
COST OF MEETINGS
The cost of meetings, which includes a meal, is $39.50 for members with a prior reservation, and $44 for guests or for anyone registering the day of the event. Attendees are required to pay for the meeting whether a meal is consumed or not. Cancellations will be accepted until NOON on FRIDAY of the week preceding the meeting. Those who make reservations and do not attend will be obligated to pay for that meal since the Club will be charged for it by The Palm Denver. If you are paying at the event, please bring cash or check.
SPECIAL MEALS

GUEST POLICY
Guests are welcome at The City Club and are encouraged to attend. Each guest should check in badge upon arrival, and with your advanced reservation you will have a name badge prepared for you to wear at the event. Guests are welcome to attend any one City Club meeting per program year (September through May). Guests wishing to attend more than one meeting are asked to become members.
QUESTIONS FOR SPEAKERS
Presentations by City Club speakers conclude with a question and answer session. Members are encouraged to ask questions of the speaker(s). Questions should not be lengthy or proceeded by a statement or speech. In order that more attendees have an opportunity to ask questions, each attendee should ask only one question, and should avoid follow-up questions.
SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS
Programs are normally scheduled to begin at 11:45am and end promptly at 1:15pm. Members should arrive in time to be checked in and obtain their name badges. Cell phones and pagers should be shut off during the luncheons. Members who must arrive late or leave early should be as unobtrusive as possible. Attendees who arrive later than 12:30 PM will not be served a meal.
