Colorado is at the forefront of the national craft brewing movement. Denver hosts the annual Great American Beer Festival (the premier industry event for showcasing new products) the micro and home brewing revolution began in Boulder, and the state is home to an increasing number of the best and most innovative brews in the world. Thanks to Colorado's history of supporting this industry, several of the state’s largest craft breweries are undertaking expansions that could make them among the largest independent breweries in America. Simultaneously, we have seen a recent explosion of new craft breweries opening in Denver and throughout the state. There’s a seismic shift happening in the way beer is made, consumed, and sold in this country, and Colorado is leading the way.
Come celebrate and learn about Colorado's burgeoning beer business by hearing from the founders and leaders of the state's breweries. The panel of top brewers will discuss the history, industry, and craft of craft brewing, as well as what makes Colorado such a unique place to that movement. The panel will be moderated by The Denver Post's beer aficionado and industry blogger Eric Gorski.
To celebrate the Holidays and to allow you to taste some of the local product, we'll have a cash bar including half-price/half-pours of microbrews.
